Owner/Operator/Chef – Blake Pendlebury
Owner/Operator/Chef, Blake Pendlebury, has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. He has been a qualified chef for over 12 years and has experience in a wide variety of cuisines and establishments. He opened the Gaslight in October 2016 with the aim to predominantly provide the local market with quality, affordable food. He prides himself on making as much as possible in-house, using fresh, local ingredients, and providing fast and efficient service. GASLIGHT does have seating, but it is minimal and bookings are strongly advised if you are considering eating in. Blake often has specials not on the regular menu, so ring through for more details.
