From delectable gnocchi and pastas, to our house made pizza dough, our hand-built burger patties and our smoked pork ribs, we aim to pack as much flavour as possible into all our dishes. Tamborine Mountain grown herbs, organic garlic and plump, ripe tomatoes form the base for many of our recipes and you can really taste the difference. Gaslight has become a fixture on the Tamborine Mountain food scene and we hope to be continuing the tradition for many years to come! Dine in at our cozy restaurant, or takeaway and enjoy in your home (or overlooking an amazing view on our beautiful mountain). We can also deliver locally on Friday and Saturday night (pending driver availability).

Sunday nights, we only offer PIZZA! (which is a perfect Sunday evening dinner).
