At GASLIGHT we are committed to providing the local market with quality food at excellent prices.

At Gaslight we make as much as possible in house from scratch. From the delectable gnocchi to the house made dough to the premium burger patties to the smoked pork ribs to the almost famous garlic aioli, we aim  to pack as much flavour as possible into all our dishes. Fresh herbs, locally grown organic garlic and plump , ripe tomatoes form the base for many of our recipes. Established in 2016, Gaslight has become a fixture on the Tamborine Mountain food scene and we hope to be continuing the tradition for many years to come!
